bokor architecture + interiors were approached to develop a new workplace concept for Restaurant Brands Au and continue this through with architectural drawings for construction.

Restaurant Brands is a New Zealand based multi-site, branded food retail chain that owns brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut and Stabucks. Restaurant Brands has expanded its portfolio in Australia and a new office was set up to accommodate the growth. The brief was to create  bright, light and collaborative workplace.

The project started with a series of options for lease line test fits to determine how much space would be required for the new tenancy. With a tight budget and a short construction timeline, a concept was developed quickly before moving straight into a design and construct model.

The design features offices and work stations with collaboration and breakout spaces to suit the organisations culture. The palette was deliberately kept muted, with tones of charcoal and navy with timber detailing to create warmth. This allowed for the celebration of the different brand identities.
